  • Design and prepare a written marketing plan for your home.
  • Enter your home for sale in the DFW Multiple Listing Service.
  • Announce and promote your home to all of my contacts.
  • Show your home to financially qualified potential buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate showings by other real estate companies.
  • Initiate and complete and/or receive purchase offers from other agents.
  • Advise you of valuable information gained from prospective buyers.
  • Present you with all bona fide purchase offers for your home.
  • Evaluate and advise you on the quality of all purchase offers.
  • Estimate your costs and net proceeds from purchase offers.
  • Communicate your acceptance or rejection of all offers.
  • Assist you in coordinating needed closing activities.
  • Review your financial settlement statement for accuracy.
